Founder & Managing Director

Tracy is our founder and Managing Director, and has worked with global brands like Nivea, BMW, Nestle, Smith & Nephew. Tracy holds 3 degrees! BA (hons) Comm. Sci. & Socio., B.Ed (Adult Ed.), & hons-level workplace assessor (level 7). She has been dedicated to developing and supporting leaders for 25 years. Areas of specialty include championing companies’ business culture, whilst aligning them to commercial objectives. This includes the dynamic duo of recruitment and training.

In 2012 Tracy conceived the Bright Core Drivers based on latest behavioral and positive psychology methodology. She worked with grit and determination to answer the gaps in pyschometrics.
